Roles and Duties of an HR Executive 1. Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and offer letters. 2. Employee Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires. 3. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates in HRMS or payroll systems. 4. Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with accounts/finance for accurate payroll processing, including incentives, deductions, and reimbursements. 5.
